Summary: We had booked this townhouse to stay close to our daughter who just had their first baby. It was perfect! The location is great, the kitchen had nice cookware, the bedrooms are perfect and the use of the garage was an added plus. The ease of communication with Sarah what made this stay fantastic. We had concerns about the icy entry way after some snow. Within a very short time she had a bag of salt there and the Handyman,- who was very polite and respectful,- had already made sure to salt down the front. We will definitely stay there again when we are visiting with more than just 2 of us or for a longer time. I would recommend this property highly for any length of stay. We were there for over 2 weeks and felt right at home.

Summary: Perfect condo for our visit to Denver - comfortable, clean, great location. Easy to get to different areas in Denver and to Red Rocks for a concert. Bonus to have brewery and excellent breakfast place within walking distance in neighborhood. Host was great and very responsive.

Summary: Beautiful property- well stocked. Owner quickly answered any and all questions. House is just down the street from an awesome brewery and brunch place (walking distance). Easy to get all over Denver/surrounding area

Summary: Sarah’s condo was just what my family needed and we settled in quickly. Plenty of space, all of the towels/toiletries/appliances/household goods we needed and more. The patio was a reprieve from the day, with a fire pit to roast s’mores on. Each bedroom had a comfortable mattress and extra linens. She was a responsive host. Overall great experience and would book again.

Summary: My daughter lives down the street from this property but didn’t have enough room to accommodate all of us for our granddaughters birthday party and baptism. We found this lovely home and it was perfect. The house was extremely clean. We would highly recommend this home!
