Positive: The apartment was nicely furnished. Everything was in good working order and it was just a really beautiful apartment. Very spacious. Beds were comfy and large.

Negative: The neighbors upstairs made a lot of noise until almost 1am. After asking them politely if they could quiet down, the noise got worse. I called Vacasa about the issue and they said someone from management would reach out to me, which they did not. I called the next day since no one reached out to me. I was told I had to call the police if it happened again. I was extremely disappointed with their response. Later that day, Vacasa then emailed me and said they would move me to a different location. They moved me to a new location (a house) with no functioning Air Conditioning, which was horrible as the temps were over 90 degrees with the humidity. The property was also musty and muggy. I immediately returned to this original property I booked and notified Vacasa, that I will deal with the noise instead of the busted AC in the property they tried relocating me into. It was a terrible experience. I was told I would be compensated for my troubles, but no one from Vacasa has reached out to make this right. It’s a shame because the apartment was beautiful.
