Summary: The place was really easy to find, you just had to go to the driveway behind the building. At the top of the stairs trash bags were left, however once we got inside we realized the place was really clean. There was a slick spot on the floor, and we would slide on it multiple times with bare feet and with socks and shoes. Not sure if it was a cleaning product or what, but we did almost fall a couple of times in the living room. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant and the place was very clean and organized for us. The stairs were pretty steep, especially since there are three floors. But if you are okay with stairs, like we are, then you should be good! Mark, the manager, messaged us prior to us leaving for the trip, as well as throughout the trip and was very communicative throughout the entire process!

Summary: Property was exactly as described and in a great location! We walked to the Parthenon and it was a quick Uber to other top destinations (Music Row, Grand Old Opry). Mark checked in and was very helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The location was amazing. It was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe with the parking gated. Easy to find. The hosts communicated fairly quickly and met every need we had. The pictures did NOT do this place justice and I mean that in an AMAZING way. It was 1000 times better than the pictures could’ve shown. When you walk in it feels spacious and it felt like home. It was a great rental spot. Will definitely book again.

Summary: My daughter’s dance team brought us to Nashville. We didn’t want to stay at the host hotel, so we searched vrbo and this property popped up. Immediately it was perfect, because of the led Let’s Dance sign! We were only about a 10 minute drive to downtown where we were dancing. It was great to escape the downtown noise at nighttime and be able to relax. The condo was clean and everything was as pictured and described. We appreciated that parking was free, and gated with an entry code. It was a great stay! We enjoyed it and will keep it saved for any future trips.
