Negative: We stayed 6 nights Right from the first day dish washer was not working. We had kids and requested almost daily for the first 3-4 days (after that we gave up) via text messages to get dish washer fixed but the care taker and owner was adamant that we must follow correct procedure. I requested to video call us to tell us how to fix and operate dishwasher but they keep on sending us dish washer operating procedure via text messages. We exchanged almost 20-25 text messages. Everyday my partner spent 60-70 minutes to clean dishes. Unoperational dishwasher was a big blot on their customer care Internet was extremely slow Lastly they were very strict with check out time We never received any phone call from them about dish washer not operating but we did receive a phone call that we are late in checking out time by 15 minute (checkout was 10 am). (Very rude and impolite attitude). One last thing the drapes in 2 bedrooms failed to block the sun light and for us our morning was very early. See pictures I will not book them again.

Positive: Apartment was really lovely with some nice homely touches. Beautifully decorated with a luxury warm feeling. Stunning river view with a larger outdoor table area for entertaining. Great walkable location to city centre and river ferry transport and fabulous restaurants. Access to keys, carpark and directions were all easy. Highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay again :)
Negative: Only a few very small negatives, one was the master bedroom (it's really stunning!) but the blinds were not block out so room was very light early in the morning. Would suggest some curtains over the top or change to block out options. Also the pool to the complex is quite basic and small, spa was cold and not overly inviting. But this didn't bother us, too busy out and about in the beautiful city!
Summary: Great central city luxury apartment, highly recommend.
