Summary: Lovely hotel well located opposite botanical gardens and with a short walk to shops. Also easy to drive to coming from south of the city with relatively inexpensive parking provided. Our second stay here and more than happy to return.

Summary: A great location. The hotel is an older building, so, rooms are of a more “traditional” look & feel. However, perfectly clean, functional and acceptable. The location is fantastic, directly opposite the botanical gardens and only a short stroll from the bridges to the south bank and a variety of bars and restaurants.

Summary: The location is great the staff are really helpful hotel is clean and tidy the room was a little dated bathroom with bath was in need of upgrade, shower head was dirty and vent also dirty. The bed was very comfortable and had a very quiet nights sleep we couldn't find any USB sockets for charging and found out later they were in the bedside clock wouldn't have thought of looking there the view to the botanical gardens was great there was good tea and coffee but no complimentry water I will say I believe they are in the progress of starting floor upgrades overall we will stay here again for the location breakfast was very good lots on offer.Maybe they could offer a 3 day stay rate please don't be put off with review as there are updated floors

Summary: The hotel is conveniently located to so much. Great reastaurants are a 6 minute walk away. The botanical garden is across the street and makes for a great afternoon walk and finding several hidden gems inside. The hotel staff was kind, welcoming, and professional. It was a lovely stay and would choose tonstay here again.
