Positive: The room is beautiful and the owner is amazing and so accommodating. The pool area is stunning. We will definitely be rebooking in the near future.
Negative: Nothing big, needed 2 sets of keys, fobs and remotes.

Positive: The location and roof top pool were great. The beds were comfortable and the views beautiful.
Negative: We booked for five people and there was only one key meaning that extra coordination was needed when coming and going, causing at times some inconvenience. There was a dirty nappy in the bin when we checked in. The owner agreed, after some back and forth communication, that a small monetary compensation was fair, however we never received this compensation. Very disappointing.

Negative: Pool advertised as heated was ice cold. Neighbours loud and screaming all through the night.
