Positive: We love a Marriott stay and Brisbane was just as good as the others. Fabulous location, easy walk down to the river and all that it offers. Nice light rooms, good size and has all that is needed. Felt like a real treat in the city.

Positive: The view, the decorations, pre checkin call and early checkin, the birthday cake,song and messge delivered just after arrival,
Negative: Early closure of the Bar, we wanted an espresso Martini at 945 and refused. We found the room warm and couldn't adjust the temperature which did keep us awake

Positive: Breakfast excellent, staff excellent, room not perfect but good enough. Room wonderfully clean and comfortable. Staff always going out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. Room service excellent. They charged us twice for the room (booking.com had charged us as well as them direct) and when I phoned about it, this was fixed just as they said it would be.
Negative: The room was good enough but not perfect, few bumps and scrapes around the room, toilet in a slightly weird position behind door but not really an issue or anything. Biggest thing was the plug in the bath didn't work / was seized up, we never brought this up during our stay though, as didn't matter to us.

Positive: Everyone made us feel welcomed. Totally enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Great place to stay and do the Howard Smith walks.
Negative: Could have had a smaller pillow. Check their pillow menu and it was blank.
