Picturesque Long Bay Beach was named top 10 best island beaches by Conde Naste' for good reason. It’s the perfect location to escape and unwind or to enjoy watersports such as Kiteboarding, Kayaking and Sailing. Walk 15 minutes along the beach to The Shore Club to enjoy their bars and fine dining restaurant.
Just over 2 miles from Grace Bay, you are moments from all it has to offer, including luxury fine dining restaurants, bars and shops. Golfers will want to book a tee time at Providenciales Golf Course, 2.5 miles away. Or alternatively take a stroll around Blue Haven Yacht Marina, 4 miles away. Plan on an 8-mile drive to the property from the island’s International Airport.

The 6-bed villa combines the 4-Bed (Main Villa) and the 2-bed (Guest Villa) to create a magnificent 6-bedroom Villa. Each Villa features its own private terrace and swimming pool which can be seamlessly transformed into a common outdoor space for larger parties. All bedrooms are en-suite and appointed with AC, TVs, luxury bed linens, beach towels and toiletries.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $90.00/day (ninety US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Summary: My 4 grown kids and their spouses and 3 grand kids had a wonderful time! The houses are clean and safe. The water is so clear and blue! The heated pool was always warm and inviting. The neighbors are far away so if we played a loud card game, it was not a problem. We drank the water and it was fine. The landlord came by each day to see if we had any problems, and we did not. The other side of the island is very nice and very busy with boat rentals, casinos shopping and dining, it was nice to have that a 10 minute drive away. The PLS airport is about 25 minutes. A very magical time!

Summary: Propery is absolutely stunning. TKCA propery management is amazing. The property is perfect.This is a very quick review as I am trying to return to real life after our stay.I only gave the property a 4 star on location as the location on Long Bay is slightly remote. But really - who cares!!!!

Summary: Exceptional oceanfront villa! We were a party of 11 and we were blown away from the moment we walked in. A large open concept kitchen. Almost every bedroom had an outdoor shower. The villa had kayaks and paddle boards. Our washer broke and TKCA brought a new one in within an hour. There was nothing left to be desired. I can’t say enough about this property.

Summary: The villas and views were incredible. The main pool was absolutely perfect. The way they designed the villas is perfect - very functional and upscale. The kitchen had everything we needed with lots of pans and utensils. The service from Beverly, grounds keepers etc was fantastic. We truly enjoyed this trip so much! Thank you! Nothing really. The only drawback was the really bad seaweed on the beach (which you can’t help other than rake which you did). (And we also heard was seasonal). But we hung by the pool and enjoyed the incredible water view. And then chartered a boat on the Grace Bay side. Overall the trip was still a 10 out of 10. Thanks sooooo much! And PS - we did not realize that certain rooms had only and outdoor shower. We had great weather so not an issue.
