Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (12) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. All Bungalows are separated by at least 46' in any direction. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.
Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quite and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa..
Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

Summary: This was our first time in TCI and this property made our stay. Great location on a quiet beach. Short walk (literally 20 yards) to the water. Property is a quick 8 to 10 minute drive to most restaurants and other beaches. We loved the bungalow and the staff was responsive to our needs.

Summary: My spouse and I stayed at Swaying Palms for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire property is beautiful and exactly as pictured in the listing. Dylan and Caroline were very helpful and accommodating. Everything that you could need was thought of and provided in the bungalow. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Husband and I just stayed for our anniversary. It was just as advertised. Steps to the beach. So relaxing. Dylan was very responsive to any of our need or questions. Location is a short drive to many restaurants in Grace Bay. We loved our stay and would definitely come again!

Summary: Swaying palms is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a location that makes you feel like you have your own slice of a private beach! It was quiet, relaxing, and even better than what the pictures show. It’s about a 10 minute drive to grace bay and most of the restaurants around the island. We felt safe here and the staff was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!!

Summary: My spouse and I stayed at Swaying Palms for 9 days. It was beyond all our expectations. We have stayed many places and this is hands down in the top 3. It is really 5-star+. It DOES look like the pictures! The property is immaculate, beautifully landscaped and designed. It was private with stunning views of the water and 5 different places to sit outside and a few steps from a 3 miles white sand beach to still along. It is easy to get to Grace Bay area to eat out or close to a gourmet market to get food to make, grill and stay put. Terry, Dylan and Caroline were attentive, responsive and helpful. We knew they were there but never felt intruded on. The rest of the staff were very sweet and there to help or assist or bring a yummy coconut to sip and eat. We had the most relaxing time we can remember and look forward to coming back. A perfect place to relax, reconnect and share a bit of paradise with your beloved.
