Summary: Property was very nice and great location. Only issue was where the lockbox is located. Online info shows picture of building back door but lockbox on pole in parking lot.

Summary: Yes, I would stay here again and recommend to my friends. Anyone renting this property make sure you have the following information at check in because I did not: The lock box for the apartment is a different code then the lock box to enter the building. If you have mobility issues (the apartment is on the third floor) check with property manager to see if elevator is working - it was not during my stay. I got plenty of steps in going up and down the stairs to let my friends in. The lock box for entrance to the building is in the alley behind the building. There were no check out procedures so I hope I left the place the way they wanted. Very spacious, large kitchen, full size washer and dryer and air conditioned!! Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. You must try Birdie's the oysters were amazing. There was a slight burning wood smell from the restaurant below in one of the bathrooms, I just turned the fan on and everything was fine.

Summary: Property is comfortable for four adults. Management company responses are short and to the point. Check-in instructions were incomplete; but management company was quick to respond. Elevator in building is currently broken.

Summary: We loved this little apartment and its location. Our first night, we were able to walk downstairs and eat at the restaurant on the first floor. Very clean and beds are really comfortable. The only downsides were: the elevator didn’t work (apartment is on the 3rd floor) and parking is a city lot that requires you to physically renew at the meter every 12 hours for $8 (nothing less).
