Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at the 2-Bed House in Beckenham. From the moment we arrived, the place felt like a lovely home away from home. The house is spacious, beautifully modern, and exceptionally clean, every detail was spot on. We were traveling as four adults, and the two bedrooms plus the sofa bed gave us plenty of room to relax in comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Free parking right outside was such a relief. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better, and only a short walk from Beckenham Hill Station, a quick train ride to central London without the noise. Plus, there are shops and eateries nearby, which was very convenient. Special shout-out to our host, James. He was friendly, responsive, and gave superb directions and instructions which made check-in and our entire stay seamless. All in all, this was a five-star experience. Fantastic space, excellent location, and thoughtful amenities throughout, highly recommend!

Positive: Fantastic stay! The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a few nights away. It’s in a really good location, safe, and just a short walk to shops and the station, plus Beckenham Place Park right nearby. Parking was easy and convenient. The host was excellent, very friendly and quick to respond, which made the whole stay stress-free. We really enjoyed it here and would happily come back again.

Negative: We were initially assured by our host that the location was safe, but unfortunately, an incident occurred that made us realize otherwise. As visitors from South Africa, we're not prone to overreacting, but our concerns were validated by friends living in nearby Bromley, London, who shared our concerns about safety, especially at night. Additionally, the commute to and from the station was inconvenient, especially with large luggage. During the heatwave, we were disappointed to find that the back door, back window, and front door couldn't be opened, making the living space uncomfortable. The view of the backyard was also unappealing.
