Brooklands Hideaway is a charming cottage located in a quiet neighborhood in west Fayetteville. With our guest’s comfort and needs in mind, we’ve created a space that’ll make you feel at home right when you walk in the door!
Our cottage is located in a secluded neighborhood in West Fayetteville and has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with enough beds for 6 guests. This brand new home features vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), granite countertops, brand new appliances, & all of the modern conveniences our guests could want.

The space is deeply cleaned between each guest in order to maintain a COVID-19 safe environment. All linens are washed and dried on high heat, highly-touched surfaces are cleaned using bleach-based disinfectants, and there will be minimal host/guest in-person interactions.
**FYI Our cottage has an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) attached to the back with a permanent tenant. The ADU has a separate garage and entry from our listed unit.

Summary: We stayed here while in town to visit family. House was very clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t cook in the house so I can’t comment on how well stocked the kitchen is. But it seemed to have the basics. Owner was very quick to communicate with and easy to get a hold off. We host family often and will stay here again.

Summary: We were in town for a family birthday party. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children. It was clean and new. Parking is non-existent in front but the garage held an SUV and over sized truck which was great because it rained and snowed!

Summary: The home is nestled in a neat newer neighborhood with a nostalgic feel. We chose it for a getaway from the kids. Door dash and Walmart delivery kept us fed and we lounged on a comfy couch and bed. Highly recommend this place- super clean and cozy. Well equipped. Great pick!
