Positive: Pools restaurant and bar were great. Loved the small stream running next to the house. All the staff were nice. Loved music bingo and the other entertainments. Sunday Carvery was bang on. House was big enough for us and our 3 boys plus our small dog. You had to book a slot for the pool which worked really well. We had a great time would recommend.
Negative: The hot tub kept tripping off but after reporting the problem was sorted strait away by maintenance. There was a strange fishy smell in the bedroom next to the hottub. But didn't impact on our stay.

Positive: The best part was the swimming pool on the site which my children enjoyed the most. The property was as per description and quite comfortable. Enjoyed staying there. It was a bit expensive though.
Negative: The hot tub worked well the first day and then we tried to use it on the last day late in the evening and it wasn't working. Didnt contact anyone as it was late hours and we had to leave the next morning but it was a bit annoying. Rest of the things were perfect.
Summary: Comfortable and Enjoyable.

Positive: Location was perfect, nice and quiet, hot tub lovely, fridge wasn't working and was replaced within an hour of us reporting it. Really clean and comfy with everything you need. Lovely holiday.
Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Positive: We really loved the hot tub and restaurant
Negative: Occasionally you smell a wet dog smell.. the wood is rotting away on the balcony and needs a new dining table I think the wax is coming off everything gets stuck to it even you.

Summary: it was fine for a short stay but if your looking for the height of luxury this won’t be for you.
