Positive: The location was close to the tram station and you coluld use public transport to go anywhere.

Negative: Very hot inside the apartment, no air conditioning. The room was in fact a converted balcony and the roof was low. No washing machine. We ran out of towels and we had to wash them by hand. Very cluttery apartment with all sorts of unecessary objects.
