Positive: As a single dad with 3 young kids it was perfect, the downstairs is one room which is great because tou can see what's going on, the back door leads out to the garden. The upstairs was great, 3 large bedrooms, one of them had a door leading to the out side garden which was great too. Very comfy beds.
Negative: Nothing to dislike at all, one thing I'd say, more toilet rolls and bin bags please 😊. I saw comments about no parking. That was no issue at all, furthest I had to park was less than 100 yards away

Negative: The parking was a bit of a nightmare but we did manage .

Positive: Fabulous property, big enough for my whole family to be comfortable (including the dog). The house had everything we needed for our stay - the little welcome basket and fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The beds were comfortable, the bath and shower were hot with powerful water, the property clean and spacious and it was well located for a trip to Snowdon and Betws y Coed. I appreciated the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A local convenience shop just up the road, and parking round the back of the property. We even made friends with the neighbouring sheep! Would love to visit again.
Negative: Everything was perfect.
Summary: Beautiful home from home with very considerate host.

Positive: Location excellent; friendly locals; the village shop was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days with so many wonderful places to visit including a great local hotel the Riverside with a perfect position and 5 star cooking. The gardens and walks within range are not to be missed.
Negative: Very little information about the house and how things worked; every recycling bin was crammed to capacity in a horrific state by the back door ( we arrived on a Monday the day the bins are supposed to be emptied but it hadn’t happened); why is there no book for us to point out the pluses and minuses of the property and make suggestions about possible improvements as in all Landmark Trust properties?; no dishwasher tablets (it didn’t matter for the 2 of us but would have done if there had been six of us);
Summary: Fabulous greatly helped by constant sunshine.

Positive: The property was very clean and smelt great when walking in. There was also an unexpected food hamper, which was appreciated. There was everything available at the property you could wish for. Comfy soft bedding. Lovely shower. All kitchen amenities available. The garden was very spacious and the outside furniture was appreciated in the gorgeous weather we were blessed with. It was nice to walk to the park with the Grandchildren and stop off at the convenience store for drinks etc. The property is in a good location for visiting the surrounding area.
Negative: It would have been nice to have a car parking space to help with unloading and loading the car but at least there was a car park close by.
Summary: Absolutely amazing.

Positive: Cosy, clean, newly decorated property. Comfy beds. Spacious outdoor area. Signal is not great- so phone connections aren't good if you need to phone! But WiFi is fine. Good value and a peaceful area off the beaten track but 10 mins from Betwsycoed .
