Positive: The locations is sublime, perfectly placed for walking the gorgeous coast line. The property itself, is the nicest place we have stayed in the UK. The hosts are friendly and helpful, especially liked the fresh eggs from the onsite hens. Also, was fab watching a local Barn Owl fly over the garden on the first evening of our stay
Negative: Wifi signal is a little weak, but not a major issue
Summary: We will return. Extraordinary good value and location. I highly Recommend

Positive: This cottage is in a super spot - very quiet yet just off the main road through the village. The outlook is very attractive and the cottage had everything we could want and more. Extremely clean and comfortable with friendly welcoming hosts. 10 minute walk to the local pub where the food was good.

Positive: Buckton House cottages are superbly presented by a charming couple. Everything that you could possibly think of has been thought of, and all the features are top quality, clean and very stylish. The gardens which the owners take great care of, and pride in, are lovely despite a challenging spring and summer this year. We stayed in "Kim's Acre" and were so impressed. Plenty of parking available and the nice little welcoming touches make such a friendly difference to any stay. We will definitely like to stay again. perfectly located for visits to RSPB Bempton ( one of Britain's natural phenomena ) and the coast walks between Flamborough Head and Filey; for the fit! Thanks for such a well set up and beautiful property.

Positive: Cozy yet spacious due to how property was designed. Lovely decor with high quality fittings and fixtures. Peaceful relaxing and very comfortable. Lovely view and outdoor sitting area. Good size kitchen with microwave dishwasher and full size cooker. Large bathroom and bedroom with comfy bed and pillows. Lots of towels. Great range of crockery and glasses. Great hosts on hand if needed. Loved the chickens and enjoyed eating their eggs.
Negative: Cottage was great so these are very minor points. It would have been good to have had soap in the bathroom. There were lots of towels but only one flannel. Some of the pans and tin opener were a little past their best. Whilst absolutely fine they didn’t match the high quality of the property. Entrance and sign a bit difficult to see.
