Positive: The location of this property is truly magnificent. Situated right on the beach and in a wonderfully secluded area, it offers a peaceful retreat. It is, without a doubt, a beautiful destination. The snorkeling trip was excellent. Both dive locations were absolutely breathtaking, and the stop at the small island for lunch was a delightful experience. We were also very grateful to the staff for assisting with a birthday celebration, because they managed to arrange a cake for us to take on the trip, which made the occasion very special and memorable. Lastly, we must commend the grilled fish, which was consistently fresh and delicious.

Negative: The level of service does not justify the high price point. Communication with the staff was often challenging, and they were frequently unavailable. This lack of responsiveness was particularly disappointing given the property's very low occupancy: for 2 out of our 3 nights, there was only one other guest staying here. This clearly indicates that time constraints were not the issue. We experienced significant delays with almost every service. A major issue was the laundry service, because we handed in our clothes upon arrival and did not receive them until the evening before our departure (after a three-night stay). We had to follow up several times; after being told "in the afternoon," the clothes finally arrived at 7:30 PM, without any notification that it was ready. We strongly recommend using an external service or securing a firm time commitment here. Additionally, dirty glasses were not cleared from our area all day, forcing us to clear them ourselves. Food often arrived late compared to the agreed-upon time. If you seek uninterrupted peace, avoid staying here on the weekend. The owner's children freely run through guest areas and interact with guests in a way that becomes intrusive. While initially charming and cute, this quickly becomes disruptive when they remove your headphones while you are relaxing in a hammock and shout in your ear. The accommodation facilities also do not align with the price. The rate seems inflated by a deceptive "discount" on Booking. The bungalows are very basic: guests sleep on a cheap mattress placed directly on the floor, and there is a total lack of storage space, not even a garbage bin. During our short stay, the bathroom ran out of toilet paper twice, and there was no hand soap provided at the sink. Finally, due to the property's remote location, the prices for food and drinks are considerably higher than those found in town.

Positive: We really appreciate the remote location, quiet, in the beach front. The room was nice and well prepared for us. If you are ok with basic comfort go for it orherwise for same price or cheaper there are better option ...

Negative: Poorly managed, big lack of communication which is not nice in remote location like no warning that we cant order food after 5pm. The scooter we rent were so empty of petrol we almost couldnt reach the nearest shop to buy it ! The food was tasty but unfortunately served cold (even the grilles fish!) So we didnt appreciate and just eat in other places. We want to be nice and bring back the plate, by accident we broke it and naturally offer some money but they ask for more, although we pay 900K by night so not very nice gesture from them ... We usually leave big tips but with all this incident we didnt.

Positive: They created a little paradise at the beach. The huts are simple, but you have everything you need. All made with a lot of love and natural products. The staff is really nice and went above and beyond to help us.

Negative: The beach is a lagoon only 50cm high for at least 100m; no way to swim or snorkel close to the beach Service was kind but poor. Confort is very limited but this what you can expect regarding the price

Positive: The staff was very kind and helpful, they supported with everything and had solutions for all requests. The stilt house was clean and we had enough space together even with our three kids. There’s plenty of outdoor area to retreat and relax. We stayed almost a week and loved the place.
