Summary: Everything was as promised and matched the photos on line. It was clean, clean, clean. Not a cobweb was noticed nor crumb or dust bunny. The town was a cute as can be. Listening to the Umpqua river from the deck was amazing. We are already planning when we want to return.

Summary: We had a fabulous, peaceful stay at Burke's River View! Jerrry's place is wonderfully appointed, thoughtfully decorated and organized and spacious. The AC and integrated ice maker in the freezer were fabulous to have during the summer heat wave. The online pictures don’t do the interior justice—it looks brand new inside and looks like a professional stager decorated the home. The well furnished back deck was a perfect spot to enjoy the sound of the river. We enjoyed walking to the quaint town for breakfast and ice cream. We would definitely recommend this gem in Elkton and will stay again!

Summary: Our first time to Elkton! Such a sweet little town. The property overlooked the river and RV park. RV park was clean and quiet and back patio had a clear view of river with grassy area of RV park. You can hear the river when you sleep. Property was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed at and Jerry was a pleasure to work with. Very attentive host and easy to reach. We will most definitely be back in years to come!
