Summary: This property was everything that the listing said it was. Beautiful countryside views and wildlife everywhere! The house was very clean and the bathrooms are updated and immaculate. Very comfortable with plenty of space for a family group of seven. The weather was beautiful the first week of June when we were there with temperatures in the 70s and low 80s during the day and 50s and low 60s at night. That made it comfortable for us since the house has no air conditioning.

Summary: We were in Cooperstown for my sons baseball tournament and had an amazing stay. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. Emily was amazing and answered all of our questions we had immediately. The yard was beautiful we saw deer and all kinds of animals. I would definitely recommend to anyone heading to Cooperstown. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!!!

Summary: Communication with the owner was very quick. Emily answered all my questions almost immediately and was very flexible on check in and check out times. The refrigerator wasn't working and neither was the ice machine. I alerted her, she said they would address it, after our stay. The backyard and property were just breathtaking. We loved the deck off the dining room, but it definitely requires a re-haul. Stripping and painting or re-staining. Overall it was a wonderful time, great weather and a great location.

Summary: This lovely house is situated on a huge property offering endless fun in the yard and around the fire pit. The house is within walking distance of Basswood Pond, a beautiful spot for fishing and picnics. It's also close to Cooperstown and the beautiful Glimmerglass State Park. A great home to serve as basecamp to enjoy this beautiful area.
