Summary: The mansion was so spacious and comfortable. We had a family gathering of 10. More than enough room for everyone. The beds were clean and comfortable. The house was a step back in time. Beautiful original built ins and period pieces throughout. Parking was only available on the street.

Summary: This house is an awesome piece of architecture. We constantly were saying “oh this is only 5 mins away”. The location is near entertaining places and surrounded by local restaurants with award winning food. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and a pleasure to just chat with. We initially chose this stay due to capacity but everyone appreciated the experience to stay in a historic estate house during our day trip. Much appreciated.

Summary: We had a good time and paid a reasonable rate. We were not that far a drive from downtown where most of the action takes place. Neighborhood was a little more sketchy than I initially anticipated but property and accommodations were perfectly fine.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, historic home! It has been restored with authentic touches, which add to the home’s character very nicely. I really appreciated small details like the old latches on the kitchen and pantry cabinets. They were so cool! Also, the beds were very comfortable! The hosts were easy to work with and prompt with communication. Our family forgot we weren’t supposed to park in the driveway, but the host was polite and understanding about it. We were grateful for that because we felt really bad when we realized we missed that. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood but we felt very safe, and actually thought the surrounding community of shops, churches, and buildings were quite lovely. It definitely seems to be an up and coming area! I would definitely stay here again!
