Being just off of Augusta, Pleasantburg, I-85 & about 10 min from downtown, it's centrally located but protected from noise & congestion. With lots of trees, cute houses, & vibrant lawns, you'll be a short drive from anything in Greenville!
It feels like a suburban pocket at the edge of the city. My place is great for families, friends, sports fans, couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. Longer stays welcomed! Just inbox!
THE SPACE
This is a newer home at the end of a cul de sac. Everything is updated from the kitchen to the closets and there are lots of windows which make the place bright and airy. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 8 beds, everyone in your group will get the space and privacy they want for the price you want. The Master Suite has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a regular closet. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. In addition, there are four roll-away beds for extra guests. This home is great for individuals, families, or groups. Children are welcome, but please note the home is not child-proofed and I do not have any baby/toddler supplies or furniture.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests can access everything, including a fully equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer. Please, clean what you use (dishes, stovetop, spills, etc.) and return everything to its place (games, remotes, keys, etc.)
GUEST INTERACTION
I can be as available as you need, but generally plan to give you privacy. I can always be reached by phone.
GETTING AROUND
The best way to get around is with a car or Uber.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
I don't have pets or smoke. The interior doors are not wide enough for wheelchairs.

Summary: We were comfortable in the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood but not very walkable. No sidewalks until you get to Crestfield Rd. The house is 3 miles or so from the riverwalk, 10-15 minutes by car. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This is a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood: well-appointed, tastefully but simply decorated, and very clean. The host was easy to work with, and we were pleased to be able to set this up just a few weeks in advance of our stay. We had a positive experience & would stay here again.

Summary: Candace was fantastic whenever we had a question she answered immediately, and followed up as well. There was everything you could need at the house Everything was very clean and tidy . Neighbors were friendly , it was a little further out for our needs but that was our fault for not asking the exact location prior to booking .

Summary: Everything was well explained. She made the entire experience/process easy. She was fast with responses to all questions. All with a kind attitude. The neighbors were great. The area was quiet and very home setting. The house was clean and access to a washing machine and dryer was so awesome! Much respect for this lady! We highly recommend this property!

Summary: I can't say enough nice things about Candace and the house. It's a lovely home, well taken care of, everything was in working order, and I was comfortable the minute I walked in. I loved everything about it. There is a great Master bedroom with a great bed and a great bathroom attached. Never got a bad nights sleep. And the pillows she has provided fantastic. I need one for msyelf now. Great kids bedroom and 2 larger bedrooms..one is the master with it's own bathroom. Loved the layout of where bedrooms were away from the living room. Beds were comfortable. Aways got a good nights sleep. I was there by myself with my dog for 5 weeks. I wish I was still there...lol I was sad to leave. Just a great home and area. House is large enough and the layout is good so that that it is a great family home as well....the kids can be sleeping in their room and go to bed while the grownups stay up. You'd never hear anything in the bedrooms. Loved the master bedroom with it's own bath. The home is everything Candace has described it as, and it is exactly like the pics she posted, but better. I immediately felt comfortable there. Home was very clean and in perfect working order. I did not have one thing go wrong the entire time we stayed. Communication with Candace is very good and very quick if you have a question. She is prompt at returning your call.. Candace has thought of everything and supplied the house for a great stay for you. She does not bother you at all unless you need her. The beds were comfortable and the entire area was quiet. I was never woken up by any loud neighbors and never had any problems while I was there. Lovely neighborhood. Very safe area. Home is on culdasack so plenty of room for kids to play safely in front or back yard and plenty of room if you have a dog that wants to be outside to get sun during the day. The house has 3 sides fenced in, so what I did, I bought a couple long leads...tied one to a tree and then let the dog have the run of the back yard while she was on the lead tied to her collar. He loved it. Very private..Almost like being fenced in on all sides, but you are just using lead. Apollo gives it 10 stars. He loved it. All the restaurants and eateries on Augusta St. are only about 5-8 minutes away from the house. Door dash and grubhub deliver right to the house and everyone delivers there...so you are covered either way. Dog Park is about 2 miles from the house. Just a wonderful stay.

Summary: Candace had the place very clean for us. She was a charm to work with. There is a terrific supply of things such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, bath soap etc. Plenty of spices. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels. This was our second stay here. Easy and quick trip into town. Close to several parks that we took advantage of to walk our 2 small dogs. There is not cable tv but we had no trouble finding plenty of things to watch on Netflex and Amazon Prime. Kitchen was very easy and convenient to work in. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Candace!

Summary: What a great experience! Everything from check-in to check-out was a breeze. Candace was a wonderful host and very respectful of our time and privacy. She was one click away and took care of any issues, right away. The home was great and big enough for everyone. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: The home was very clean and comfy. Candace was always available if we had a question. Everything worked as it should’ve. The neighbors were friendly and helpful and waved when we would be driving out for our tours of the area. Carol was the Queen Bee of the neighborhood, and as such watched out for us. Always with a smile and a wave. I’m a car guy and right across from us was a collection of three custom cars. We got along really great, talking cars and getting and giving advice about car guy stuff. Greenville was really a wonderful place to visit. There was a art show on one weekend we were there! Restaurants everywhere, you will not go hungry! We have two set of friends in the area so we saw lots of new towns that we had not been to. All in al we had a great experience!
