Summary: This place is an absolute gem. Location is fantastic. Just a couple minute walk to St Marks square and Rialto bridge. Very spacious, clean, well appointed unit. Would absolutely recommend.

Summary: The breakfast was left in out kitchen. Well stocked with yogurt, juice, cereal, bread and jam. It was convenient. Location was great, right in the middle of everything, but down a quiet ally. check in after hours was easy.

Summary: The area and staff were great! Check-in instructions were clear and easy. The only issue was the noise — even with closed windows and doors, we could still hear it from outside. I’d have liked some healthier breakfast options, but that’s just my personal preference. Overall, the experience was great — grazie!

Summary: Reception staff were lovely, room was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to everything. Be wary though that even though the property states it’s air conditioned, you are not able to use the air conditioning - they take the remotes away when they don’t believe it is hot enough to require air con. We also had the canal view room, it’s very pretty but it’s also where the garbage boats dock to collect rubbish in the area so from about 6.30am - it becomes quite loud.

Summary: My husband and I recently traveled to Venice and were lucky to find and stay in this gem. It was situated directly on a canal which was a beautiful. Location was excellent. Very close to several dining options and shopping. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had wonderful and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen, dining table, couch, refrigerator and washing machine - inclusive of laundry detergent. A huge convenience. It was also very quiet and felt safe. The front desk agent was very helpful in arranging for a water taxi when it was time for us to depart which was awesome. Important to know that there is no elevator, so prepare yourself for some cardio, especially when carrying heavy luggage. Overall a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend.

Summary: We loved the location of this property, it was very clean and inviting and very quiet. The gift of biscuits and water was very nice, and we would absolutely stay here again if we are ever back in Venice!
