Summary: Very nicely renovated historical property. Ideal for multiple couples or large family. Close enough to major tourist centers but quiet and off the beaten path at the same time. Luigi, the owner was the best. A 5* host who always delivered on anything he promised. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Summary: Jane and her husband Luigi were nice hosts greeting us and helpful with booking transportations (water taxi). The property location is good. The property has high-end appliances but lacks maintenance. Cleanliness of the property can be improved. There were some stains on towel and beddings. Bathroom (drawers, showers etc) are also not thoroughly cleaned. Regardless, it was a decent stay overall.

Summary: The owners have gone all out with their renovations. Exceptional value! Recommend at least 3 full day minimum. Luigi and Jane coordinated our water taxi to and from the train station to their water gate right at the property courtyard entrance. Perfect stay for three couples. We think Venice is the most amazing city in Europe.

Summary: The owners have obviously gone to a lot of trouble to create a hi-spec , beautifully furnished villa. Let down a little by a few kitchen issues, lots of little coffee cups but only 3 mugs and those were chipped and only 3 wine glasses. Also cooker didn’t work , no gas supply but when we texted the agent she said turn and press knobs or search google ! The house would benefit from a book of instructions for all the appliances and possibly some emergency numbers such as doctor, police etc. Nevertheless we had a fabulous time

Summary: Eight of us enjoyed everything about Alamo Muazzo. Good beds, private bathrooms, convenient vaporetto stops, and attentive hosts all added to our stay in Venice. Both Jane and husband Luigi greeted us and explsa the workings of the washer, the keys, etc. We visited the nearby Coop for breakfast foods in addition to the snack, fruit, yogurt, and milk Jane provided. We would highly recommend this accommodation for your next group visit to Venice.

Summary: Everything about this property was wonderful. Clean, comfortable and everything that we needed. Full kitchen, comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. Close to water transportation, supermarket, restaurants and historic sites. Great communication with property managers. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property.
