Set in the picturesque village of Fornalutx, in the Tramuntana Mountains, this enchanting town house can comfortably accommodate 2 people.
On the first floor there is a furnished terrace with a sofa and two parasols for sunbathing with views of the mountains. This terrace is an ideal place to enjoy an outdoor dinner under the stars.
This terrace gives access to a spacious living room with satellite-TV and a toilet. When going down to the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with double bed and A/C as well as a cosy sitting-dining room. The ground floor is composed of a shower bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob, washer, iron and ironing board. If you travel with a baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair. Two fans and two electric radiators complete the equipment.
The picturesque town of Fornalutx is in the midst of the Tramuntana Mountains, declared as a World Human Heritage by Unesco. Lots of trails and cycling routes start here. The trail Tossals Verds leads you through Mediterranean woods, antic buildings and small paths. The fresh water reservoir Cúber, which is at the foot of the Puig Major, is also a very nice and popular trail. The beaches of the Tramuntana are mostly characterized by rocks and cool, clear waters, for example Cala Deià, Puerto de Valldemossa and Llucalcari. If you prefer sand beaches, you can visit Puerto de Sóller and Cala Tuent. In Sóller and Puerto de Sóller you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and shops. In Fornalutx, there's a small grocery shop. Near Sóller is the Muleta Cave where the most ancient human remains of Mallorca have been found.

Summary: Great location, property with character and charm and some quirks! Very comfortable bedroom, upstairs lounge and outside terrace. Need to be aware of the 35 steps from top to bottom if you forget to bring anything with you from the kitchen or bathroom! BBQ not there when we arrived but after contacting Homerti a new one was delivered to us the next day. Excellent customer service.

Summary: Großartige Lage mitten im Ort. Toller Blick in die Berge von der Terrasse. Wertvolle Hinweise von der Vermieterin zu kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten. Problemlose Kommunikation als die Gasflasche für den Herd in der Küche leer war und schneller Austausch derselben. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Tramuntana. Tolle Atmosphäre auf dem Dorfplatz am Abend, wenn die Tagesgäste weg sind ;-)

Summary: Location. Balcony. Cleanliness. Value for money. Attentive owner. Loved the wine, fruit, bread, ham, cheese, water ready for us..... Very comfy bed. Oh the balcony...great views and wonderful to relax, read and drink vino!! Keysafe difficult to open. Shower issue quickly remedied by owner...thanks. Rather noisy 05.30 to 07.30 as on main street....should have been aware as stayed in Fornalutx before and locals off to work/school and deliveries between these hours. Stairs steep....knew this would be case but not suitable for infirm.

Summary: The sweetest owner, shop around the corner, some nice restaurants on walking distance. The house is clean and has everything you need. Nice terrace on the roof. Lots of stairs, careful if this causes difficulties for you.

Summary: Well located charming house in the middle of Fornaluxt with a beautiful terrace. Every room is on a different level, so staying there includes climbing many stairs. The rooms are cosy and well equipped. There is a second little bathroom on the upper level which is quite comfortable, as you don't have to go to the lowest level to use the bathroom there. We missed the promised hair-dryer. The House can be quite cold during the winter months.
