Located on the North Shore of Oneida Lake in Central New York. Offering fishing and family vacation rentals. Three Pines Lodging & Marina is a great place to enjoy a vacation with your family and friends. Come enjoy your stay in one of our five cozy cabins with a beautiful view of the lake. Our larger cabins sleep 8 to 13 with two smaller cabins sleeping 2 to 3. Opening the first weekend in May for the start of Walleye season staying open through ice fishing season. Bring your boat and enjoy the convenience of launching and docking steps away from your cabin. One dock is included with each cabin rental. Extra docks available for a fee.
At Three Pines Lodging & Marina, LLC, Sylvan Beach on Oneida Lake is a quick boat ride away. Check out our video of Sylvan Beach from one end to the other. Great family beach with warm water and natural sand. You can drive your boat in close to enjoy our amazing local restaurants, bars, and casino or to just hang out in the water with friends. Enjoy the many events throughout the summer including car shows, bike night, bands in the park, parades, activities for kids, fireworks and so much more!
We have extra parking for trucks and trailers as well as four wheelers and snowmobiles for ice fishing or snowmobiling. We are 1/8th of a mile from the snowmobile trail. Enjoy a ride around the lake or take a ride to the famous Tugg Hill Plateau (30 miles).

Summary: Beautiful and clean place to stay on Oneida Lake. Tammy was quick to respond and friendly and helpful. The place was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The view was beautiful. Make sure to read the listing that says to bring your own linens as I missed that part until the day before we were supposed to leave and with a car full of 8 people and their belongings, I panicked! Tammy was very gracious and accommodating and was able to help me out. I will make sure to read more closely next time. Highly recommend this location. I grew up coming to visit my family on Oneida Lake my whole life. Our family cabin needs repairs so it was great to find another place to stay in the same familiar area. :)

Summary: We had my daughters Sweet 16 party at this cabin, with 13 girls!! It fit all of us, fully stocked cabin and in a beautiful location on the water!! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a cabin. The property owner Tammy was amazing and responded to all my texts quickly and made are stay comfortable and smooth!

Summary: The set up is so nice! There was plenty of room for all of us! The fire pit was a nice bonus! We all enjoyed it very much! The check in was easy, Tammy was very helpful with everything we needed!

Summary: my family and i enjoyed our stay at the three pines cabin. the place was super clean and there was every kitchen utensil needed for us to cook a great dinner. also the bbq grills are very well upkept, and there are two firepits outside that were great to sit around and cook smores on. we loved it. will book again.
