Summary: The cabin has a surprisingly well appointed kitchen compared to similar properties. For once I didn't have to go buy some piece of necessary equipment to get basic cooking tasks completed. It's by no means 100% stocked with everything you might need, but if you keep things simple, you should be fine. Maybe bring a sharp knife from home, as the knife set in the block is very low quality and very dull, making some prep difficult and possibly dangerous. I did find an alternate and slightly higher quality chef's knife in a drawer after I'd already struggled through my prep and I think it would have done better, but still not ideal. We had an intense heat wave during our stay but the ground floor stayed cool even without AC and once the sun set, the upstairs window fans did a decent job of cooling the bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom and shower is not well ventilated however and stayed sauna-like throughout the stay, but that was overall not a detractor from our enjoyment. Be careful of the banquet behind the sofa, as it is dangerously unstable and could easily fall and cause injury. We moved it up against the wall after it fall from a minor bump when someone adjusted their posture while sitting on the sofa.

Summary: My husband really enjoyed the cabin. The only problem we had was the management company did not send us a code to get in before arriving. When we arrived to the property there were no directions on how to get in. It took us almost an hour to get a hold of a representative to get an entry code. Once we were in the cabin it was great!

Summary: We LOVED our stay at this cabin! Super cute, clean, and cozy. Thoughtfully set up and supplied. Hot tub is a huge highlight, loved soaking on the deck and admiring the forest view. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you!!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Shelton. The location was quiet and tranquil. The house was very clean, cozy, comfortable, and great for our kids (ages 6 and 10). The communication was really great, including the recommendations for local activities. We enjoyed the hot tub and we appreciated the really well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay there again.

The beds were comfortable and open living/dining room was great for our family of 3 to be able to hang out in. The neighborhood was a little bit of a mixed bag but was fine. The little convenience store around the corner was great.

Summary: The property was nice. We stayed there during the summer and A/C would have been extra nice. Overall the tub and hot tub was nice and relaxing. But the creek is pretty hard to get to.. Also the bed upstairs is pretty uncomfortable and hot during the summer. But the couch was okay to sleep on during the hot days.. If this place had a/c it would be a 10/10; but during the summer without a/c it is about 7/10.
