Positive: The gardens were wonderfully maintained. Many swimming pools. Helpful and friendly staff
Negative: The smell of dampness in the room. The lack of enough sun beds. This forces people to reserve them with towels. The buffet offers a wide selection but often some dishes are cold. The eggs at breakfast are powdered, so only go to the omelet station for fresh eggs. No fresh juices, only concentrate
Summary: Passable but not memorable. Bonus is the proximity to the city for better dining

Positive: The staff were all very helpful and friendly in all departments, including reception, restaurant staff and room cleaners . The food was good and restaurant well organized. Guest services did an excellent job.

Positive: The location is great, it is close to the beach, the pool is very clean. The location is not overpopulated, there are amenities for kids, the food was very delicious and we had a huge variety to chose from every day.
Negative: In the room we received a glass of wine and a fruit plate as a welcome gift, and the fridge was full with water and soda drinks, yay! But during our stay the fridge wasn't refilled so we had to fill up our empty bottles with water from the restaurant, but in the penultimate day the room service took all of our empty bottles so we had a night without water (we drank tap water, but I don't know how clean was it), and we couldnt bought bottles of water neither in the restaurant neither in the bar.

Positive: Overall, everything were fine, the vacation went well, I and my family have a very good aftertaste. Would like especially like to mention the cuisine and the variety of dishes - extremely delicious.
Negative: Sunbads around the pools is a problem, unfortunately, quite often other hotel guests come in the early morning at around 7 till 8 a.m. and book sunbeds simply by putting their towels, than they do not come to rest on those sunbeds until 11 a.m. or even later. This leads to the fact that other hotel guests simply have no place to stay. Unfortunately, the hotel does nothing about it.
