Positive: The space separation between the two room was good. The swimming pool was big and kids could play freely without any problems.
Negative: While we appreciated some aspects of our stay, there were several points that could be improved. The apartment included a kitchen, but it was not very functional for self-catering. There was no dishwasher, dish sponge, drying rack, or dish towel. We were told that the staff would wash our dishes each morning, and they did, which we appreciated. However, without a place to dry the dishes, glasses and plates often remained wet and piled up. We even found wet plates stored in the drawers. The breakfast buffet was quite basic and did not feel particularly fresh or high-quality. There was no fresh juice, and the coffee from the large filter machine was not very good. Some hot dishes, such as the omelette and fried eggs, were very oily. The fruit salad also did not appear fresh. Overall, the breakfast gave the impression that costs were being kept to a minimum. The location directly opposite the beach is convenient, but the beach itself is mostly rocky and was not especially appealing for swimming. We also passed several nearby hotels with water slides and more modern facilities on our way to the hotel. Our children were disappointed that there was only a standard pool. Compared with other properties in the area, Kostakis Beach Hotel also appeared somewhat older. Finally, we experienced several few brief power interruptions during our stay, with the electricity cutting out for a few seconds before returning. We also noticed a generator near the reception area, suggesting that the hotel may be dealing with electricity-demand peaks.

Positive: Although we only stayed at the hotel for one night, we genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. It is a wonderful, cozy, and well-designed hotel that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Our room was functional, spotless, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. The pool area was great, the restaurant served delicious food, and the entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It’s peaceful and quiet, yet everything is within a minute’s walk. In just about 50 meters you can be relaxing on the beach, swimming in the pool, or enjoying a meal at a lovely restaurant. There is also a nearby supermarket and a convenient bus connection to the lively town center. Finally, we would like to mention the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

Positive: Lovely hotel located right on the beach in a peaceful area. The staff were excellent—very kind and attentive. Breakfast was also very good, offering a nice variety to start the day.
