Positive: The ambience around the resort. Waterpark was amazing. Food level and variety was better than expected. Excellent service by all employees.
Negative: Deckchairs were being occupied with towels by 7am even though it states cleary that the behaviour is forbidden. Should include more cocktails in the all inclusive.

Positive: We had a wonderful one-week stay at the hotel. The food selection was exceptional, with a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. The hotel’s beach was clean, peaceful, and well maintained, and we spent most of our time there. We also had the opportunity to visit the neighbouring hotel, which offered an excellent children’s pool and a fun water-slide area. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept extremely well throughout our stay.
Negative: The hotel has 2 buildings and if you’re not in the main building, you have to cross the road every time. We travelled with a one-year-old child and, naturally, made our reservation with this in mind. Despite this, we were initially assigned a room on the first floor in a building without an elevator. After raising our concerns and making several complaints, we were eventually moved to another part of the building where an elevator was available. We also had to request a baby crib twice, even though we had specifically requested one at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we also left a stuffed animal and a baby soother (that plays white noise) in the room. Despite contacting the hotel, neither item was ever found or returned to us, which was particularly disappointing.

Positive: Everything was excellent about the Caldera Creta Paradise. Best thing and reason why we chose the hotel is the AquaPark - good for kids of all ages and adults - which we visited every day (except Mondays when closed). The quality and availability of food throughout the day was amazing; all the staff - in the restaurants, bars, front desk, room cleaning and entertainment staff - were all really friendly and responsive, and spoke English, and made it a really special experience. The pool facilities and services provided were great. You can rent a car or choose an outing in the hotel, some via Tui. There were plenty of bars (main building, pool and beach) and the choice of cocktails was fabulous - though there could be a greater selection of beers. The evening entertainment was really fun and had a lot of variety, especially for children (though repeated each week, so if you stay >7 days it becomes repetitive). We truly loved the resort.
Negative: As there are not enough pool chairs/umbrellas to go around all the guests, you have to get up early to reserve them, which is not fair on those arriving later. I am not sure what alternative there is. The pool closed at 6pm which is a bit early for some people.
Summary: Fabulous resort with eveything to keep you entertained and fed!

Positive: The beach access was really nice and the food quality compared to other hotels close-by was great. Free parking was a plus - which should definitely be kept this way. The waterpark was great - a very effective investment by the hotel which provided a lot of fun for the whole family and set the hotel apart from other hotels in the area.
Negative: The wifi around the property was very spotty. A few extenders are needed. This is a cheap but effective investment and should be considered by the hotel. The pools were very crowded and rather small for the large amount of rooms/guests that this hotel seeks to accommodate. We stayed in the rooms across the street and unfortunately heard our neighbors loudly.

Positive: The resort is spacious, big comfotable pools, waterpark is amazing! Food overall good, there should be more variety but overall good. Loved the snack restaurant open all the time with good food!
Negative: Alcohol should be better for all inclusive with onle one whiskey brand, wine and beers not that good, as for cocktails not too bad. Pool/beach towels were very smelly even though we changed them, they all had a really bad smell! Animation unfortunately very poor, they need to invest in a really good programme and shows

Positive: This is our second time here. The Location, the layout, the resort and the Food are exceptional ( we were on a bed-and-breakfast basis). The staff were very helpful and always with a smile on their faces. Even walking around the resort and the beach area in the early morning gives a sense of tranquillity. Great for families.
Negative: We were travelling with my in-laws, who are both in their 80`s. I had booked a ground floor with a garden view on a booking site. But got a second floor overlooking the parking lot ! To make matters more complicated, the elevator was out of order. We made it known to the reception, and within hours a ground-floor room was given to the seniors, Who could not use the stairs. We accepted our room. The parking was not busy or noisy. The pool area closes at 6 pm and restaurants close at 9 pm, which for us, Mediterranean people, is way too early. Might suit northern nations, but not Southern Europeans, who tend to enjoy late nights out.
