Summary: Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location with the option of some parking spaces or on-street parking which is free between 5pm and 10am. Our room was modern, bright and well appointed. We had a room at the front of the property with a good view of the harbour and hills in the distance. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Summary: We worked in the hotel in 1977. The room we had was much smaller than previous rooms in the main building. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is perfect setting for discovering Ullapool. Restaurant is spacious and breakfast was good.

Summary: Fairly average hotel for price and location in the highlands. Stings that you can get twice the quality for half the price anywhere else, but this is the highland tourist economy for you. Staff are friendly, but rooms are cramped and noisy. Floorboards will make even the lightest person sound like a herd of elephants above you.
