Positive: location was within walking distance of town and eateries. coffee machine in room Nice decor
Negative: it wasn't clear when booking there was no breakfast service. a breakfast basket if fruit and may be muffins would have been a useful addition. the price without breakfast included made this more expensive than the other hotels on our NC500 tour. the room was very noisy from walking about noises to what sounded like a boiler. I appreciate the owners are new and busy working but certainly a breakfast option as listed above would help.
