Nestled on the foreshore of Callala Bay and overlooking the pristine waters of Jervis Bay you will be delighted with this modern open plan beach house that is designed with comfort in mind offering cool and inviting summer colours and themes from the fresh white outlook to the floating timber floors. Once you arrive you won't want to leave. Enjoy a swim only a few feet from your back door and then sit back on the deck enjoying the dappled sunlight whilst watching the kids play on the reserve. In the colder months pick a few sticks from the reserve and light the cosy fire indulging in warmth whilst still enjoying the amazing views from the living areas. There is also a separate fully self-contained loft at rear of property high enough to make the most of the views.

Absolute beach reserve. There is so much to do in the area, taking day trips to wineries at Coolangatta, Kangaroo Valley and Berry, Take the local ferry from Myola to Huskisson for markets and dolphin watch cruises. Explore the local National Parks, launch your boat from the ramp or do a spot of fishing from the jetty. Surf beaches close by or a short drive to Callala Beach with its gentle waves for lazing about. Callala Bay shopping centre caters for your needs with IGA, butcher, chemist and cafe. After a game of golf at the local country club enjoy dinner with friends in the bistro. Please note there is no petrol station in the area.

Summary: Property location is awesome, a few steps from the bay. House was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Would have been great if the room with double bed had powerpoints and bed side tables but besides that enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Great location even for a winter get away. Quiet and relaxing. Lovely house with great amenities. Walkable fishing spot, quiet beach for a nice walk. However given it was off peak of the holiday season. The house needed a deep clean we found mildew spots on the walls of the bedrooms, dust bunnies on tables and under furnitures . My daughter has high allergies especially to dogs and dust. Hence hiring this house which did Not allow dogs. However there was a dog bed and We found dog hair all over the bean bags when sat on blew all the dog hair in the air And in some on the on the plates of lower drawers of the kitchen. The house needed to be aired out as it had a musty mildew smell aswel as the kitchen cupboards. The aircon/heater needed a deep clean as it had also a mildew smell when turned on.. The fire place was also not cleaned out from last used. Opening the door will create a big mess of ash. Which stopped us from using it All in all great location for a holiday all year round and nice house by the beach.

Summary: Booking process easy and staff in Property One ensured good and timely communications re the booking. The property is in a lovely location and it’s facilities and rooms are well kept and stylish. Had a small problem with the tv - but didn’t detract from our experience. There is a ‘no refund’ policy as I understand it - so had we needed to cancel for any Covid related reason my review might have been less complimentary Thanks.

Summary: Great location overlooking Callala bay. Comfortable beach house with lovely small garden of Australian natives, attracting birds and butterflies. Appreciated the photography in each of the rooms (we also have a couple of Peter Efes landscapes).
