Summary: All the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I didn’t see it listed in the listing but parking is $40 a day. I don’t see the need for valet in this hotel but other than that our day was amazing.

Summary: My sister, niece and I came to celebrate my birthdays. We had a wonderful stay. Very nice people who work there especially Carlos. He’s was the kindest and most helpful everyday that we were there. We need more people like him that has amazing customer service skills. We will be back and I hope we get to see Carlos again. He made our stay memorable. We can’t wait to come back.

Summary: The hotel in general was mediocre. The stay was very underwhelming. Some staff were great and others were very rude. Our room was clean for the most part, we asked for towels which never came, and they charge for every little thing. Over promised and under delivered.
