Welcome to Center Beach 2500 and thank you for visiting us! Our stunning 5 bedroom & 5 bath beach house has breathtaking ocean views and is only a few steps to tropical Fort Lauderdale Beach. We invite you to make Center Beach 2500 your home away from home.... we know you will enjoy it!
We have had the good fortune of experiencing many top-rated hotels which has led us to be able to provide you with the 5-star service you know and deserve during your getaway. No detail goes amiss from the bed linens and mattresses, to our kitchen and outdoor pool- all the designs are reflecting of luxury. Center Beach property can accommodate a total of 14 sleepers.
We invite you to unwind outside on the beautiful covered patio as you look out onto your very own tropical oasis. With a large hot tub that waterfalls into the pool, 3 fountains on the east side of the pool, and bubble jets-there is no better place to relax. The pool also has a barrier fence that can be installed to protect the little ones if informed in advance. If you are in the mood for grilling out, there is a Weber Natural Gas Grill. The gas grill has a side burner and a sear feature for your steaks. The patio is excellent for entertaining, as there is a six-top table, 2 chaise lounge chairs and 2 patio chairs.
Escape after a long sun filled day to the upstairs master suite with a majestic ocean view. The king size bed is waiting for you with a mattress and linens of the highest quality, you’ll feel like you’re in the Ritz Carlton! The room is equipped with a 55-inch LCD TV. Professionally designed walk-in closet is spacious and organized with hangars and a luggage rack. The bathroom has a walk-in that also overlooks the ocean.
The beautiful dining room table can seat 8 and an additional 4 can be seated at the counter. The kitchen is professionally designed. There are top of the line appliances that were installed in 2019. There are four counter stools. For the chef, there are full sets of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, etc.
There are astounding views of the ocean in the upstairs living room area which is fully outfitted with over size high end slider glass doors, a 65 inch LCD TV, a leather sofa, chairs and cocktail tables. The upstairs patio also has an excellent view of the ocean and is set with a high-end table, 4 chairs and a ceiling fan.
The downstairs living room is very large and has over size high end slider glass doors which lead to the pool and hot tub. The downstairs living room has a 65 inch flat screen TV with a leather sofa, chairs and cocktail tables.
-There are two sofas where the cushions can be taken off and used as a twin bed. High end sheets and pillows are provided.

Summary: The house was perfect because it was on different levels. With so many of us that really was a plus. A few things that are minor, but would’ve helped our towel, racks or hooks in the bathroom. There was nowhere to hang our towels, certainly in the master bath. Also, there was a leak from the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs master bedroom and underneath it, and it was bubbling the paint no way detracted from the enjoyment of the home. We had to leave a day and a half early because of the hurricane. Left with a heavy heart for all those in its path.

Summary: We had 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. 5 bathrooms and showers is plus! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday and the short walk to the beach was great. The property has beach chairs and an umbrella with a cart, so it couldn’t have been easier to enjoy the beach.The property manager, Ronnie, is responsive and always helpful. We stayed 5 days and wish we could have stayed more!

Summary: This VRBO was a very nice stay. It was as advertised. My only complaint was the property manager stopped by three times. Felt it was a little intrusive. We wanted privacy. Over all a great stay though.

Summary: Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach. Check in was easy and property manager was so friendly and helpful finding restaurants or activities, and kept pool super clean. Garage has chairs and toys for the beach, as well as a basket of towels for the pool/beach. Beds decent. House is showing some wear and tear I have seen in many rental homes close to the beach, so I wasn’t surprised. (I use ratings similar to that of hotels). I would stay again, location was just was great!
