Positive: We stayed at apartment 3 which is on the first floor. At time of booking, after reading a couple of reviews, we asked for any apartment other than apartment 1 which is on the ground level next to the main entrance. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is big but lacks some cooking utensils. The bed was comfy. Tube is just minutes away and there are a few grocery stores nearby. The street is quiet and views are nice. We enjoyed the small balcony.
Negative: We weren’t able to control the temperature but managed with opening the windows and closing the bathroom door where the only radiator is. The coffee machine unfortunately didn’t work. The kitchen lacks some cooking utensils. Unfortunately they don’t provide dish detergent and sponge for the kitchen but do provide a couple of dishwasher tablets. Every door in the building (but especially the entrance door) is slamming hard and is very noisy throughout the building. The glass windows and balcony doors were not cleaned in a while and the bed cover was filthy and full of others people hair which stuck to our fresh linens.

Negative: Best to close the bathtub drain all the time.
