Each of the three bedrooms have queen beds with new mattresses and an attached bathroom for each room. Each queen bed can sleep 2 people.
Each bedroom has its own associated bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bathrooms all contain plenty of towels, shampoo, and body wash for your stay.
The living room has a comfy couch set that can be used by another guest to sleep on if necessary. There is a 55-inch Roku enabled TV setup with Netflix setup for your use during your stay.
The kitchen includes everything you should need during your stay, including dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker (and coffee!), bottle openers, glassware, toaster, etc.
This property is not pet friendly so please make other arrangements for your pets. There will be no exceptions made for this.
Washer and dryer in unit is available for guests to use. Secure garage parking is available for two vehicles with additional parking available in the driveway and on the street.

Campus Cove is located in the North Overton neighborhood just east of Texas Tech University. You can walk to campus and the stadium in less than 8-10 minutes. If you prefer other transportation, you can usually Uber to the campus, Broadway, or downtown areas for around $5. The house is half a mile east of University (a major street), which makes the area very safe. This property is very centrally located! TTU campus and stadium can be accessed by simply heading west towards University. The house is located directly off University and makes travel very convenient. The house is very close to Broadway and downtown for live music, drinks, or dinner.
Guests can access the loop by heading south on University. Other than Uber, options for ground transportation in Lubbock are poor, and although the neighborhood is convenient to the University and downtown, a car is still recommended.
