Summary: The property is within walking distance to university and several eating places. The condo was very clean and nice. There were some a few neighbors (college age) who were having a good time until 3:30 am… if you have a family that goes to bed early, be aware that something like that may happen. Other than that, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This place was cute and clean. It was very convenient to the Tech campus. The gated parking was nice too. There are a lot of stairs so it would be problematic for folks with mobility issues.

Summary: The condo was just as described, had all the necessary amenities and then some, and was conveniently located to campus where my conference was. It was a safe and secure place to stay. I appreciated being able to park in a gated parking lot and the entire property was fenced, which was ideal since I was traveling alone. I highly recommend the condo!

Summary: We had a wonderful visit to Texas tech, and Carie‘s townhome was perfect! It was clean, close enough to walk to great restaurants and campus. She was so helpful and even left us welcome muffins!

Summary: This property was perfect for our game weekend with family. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the football stadium, yet is still in a quiet gated community. The property is clean, simple, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are welcoming and accessible. This will, for sure, be our “go to” place when visiting our daughter at Tech.
