Positive: We stayed at the villa in October as a group of colleagues, and everything was just perfect. The villa is absolutely beautiful — spacious, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We made full use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces (barbecue zone, swimming pool, garden). The trip was a surprise birthday getaway for one of our colleagues, and it couldn’t have gone better. Even though there was a small misunderstanding during check-in, the staff handled it exceptionally well — they were professional, kind, and made sure everything was resolved to our complete satisfaction. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again — this place will definitely be our first choice for our next trip to Mallorca!

Positive: The house is great. Big and fully equipped, inside and outside. We were a group of 7 persons and was really comfortable. The six rooms are very comfortabe and cozy. The common areas, the well-equipped kitchen, and poolside sourroundings are spacious, comfortable, and testfully furnished, with everything you might need.
Negative: But there are recommendations for improvement. It is urgent to fix the water - especially the hot water supply to the upper floor, both rooms were without hot water. Very poor pressure when using several showers at the same time, in the two upper rooms, there was no water at all. The pool is poorly maintained, the water did not seem clean. On the Friday before our arrival, the maintenance man was supposed to be in the house, but the pool was full of garbage.
