Upon your arrival, the domicile is professionally cleaned and prepared and thus offers you a safe and relaxing stay.
In the large, well-kept Mediterranean garden with old olive tree, palm tree and bougainvillea hedge, you will find the large pool and the BBQ grill.
This is a very comfortable place to live. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with satellite TV and dining area, a modern kitchen (with gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster and complete crockery), a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower, washbasin and WC, and one of the 4 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and fan.
There is direct access to the garden from the bedroom, the living room and the kitchen. Furthermore, the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and the central heating are located on the ground floor. Free 100 MBit (max.) WLAN is available in the house and garden.
Upstairs there are 3 bright and airy bedrooms with air-conditioning and additional fan, each with double bed and built-in wardrobe. Each room has its own exit to a balcony or the south-facing terrace, from where you can enjoy a beautiful direct view of the Tramuntana mountains, which are about 15 minutes away. In addition, one of the rooms has an en-suite daylight bathroom with shower/bathtub, washbasin and WC. Another spacious daylight bathroom with double washbasin, shower/bathtub and WC is located opposite the 2 rooms.
Bed linen, towels and complete equipment are of course available.

Summary: If you're considering this villa then what you see is what you get at a fantastic price. The villa is at a corner where there is a breeze to keep you cool in the garden. Clean swimming pool but a little deep at the far end as I'm only 5' 6". The kitchen and lounge is well laid out. And 4 air conditioned bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 1 en suite was a plus for 4 females. The local shop holds all of the essentials, the patisserie has amazing cakes and freshly cooked bread and the restaurant was excellent value and quality. The location of the villa requires a car or you need to travel to Palma via taxi. Around €17. Plus great support from Natalie who organised us our first taxi. Loved the villa, location, the cleanliness of the pool, layout and quietness being in a residential area.

Summary: The house was very clean, nicely decorated with plenty of room. You definitely need a car for this location although there are a few small restaurants and a bakery within walking distance. Unfortunately there is on-going construction accross the street which impacts the enjoyment of the backyard and pool area on working days.

Summary: We had a lovely 4 night break. The villa was beautifully furnished & well equipped. The whole process from booking to check out was very easy. The people in the bars & shops at Marratxi were so kind and helpful to us. The only thing I would advise is to to preorder taxis in advance as they can take a while to come. Our first visit to Palma, such a beautiful city. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summary: This is one of the best villas I have stayed in - it is spacious, clean and has everything in it that you need. The area is really nice and we ate out once at a local restaurant - taxis were ok to get into Palma and there is a supermarket close. 5 star!
