Positive: The owners are so friendly and helpful. The place is clean, tidy, and comfortable. Has all the amenities which are not normally available in other rentals like dishwasher, washing machine, vaccum cleaner. The kitchen is well-equipped. The space is very well-suited to a family of 5. It's a 1 minute walk away from the nearest underground station (Devon's road). But the nearest grocery store is a bit far if on foot.
Negative: There were no much local restaurants around and also no big grocery stores were around only small supermarkets with fewer choices

Positive: Amazing place! Enjoyed my stay here with my family so much. All the necessities were provided and it was easy to check in to the property. Love that it was only a 1 min walk to the tube nearby and there’s also another one 9 min away. Bathroom and rooms were clean and the kitchen was well prepared too. Rooms were spacious, it was such an enjoyable stay. Dining table allowed my family and I to eat together as it has been a while since I’ve saw them so everyone had a great stay.
Summary: Definitely recommended. Lovely accomodation for a family.

Positive: Nice and spacious, houses many people. The check-in instructions were clear. Some stores nearby, the location itself was within a quite close proximity to the city centre, with the Devons Road DLR Station in a couple of hundred meters, and the Bromley-by-Bow Metro Station in 650 meters. The heating system is simple to understand and easy to operate. Has a separate kitchen with a dishwasher. Two bathrooms. Nice terrace located above the apartment.
Negative: No washing machine. No vacuum cleaner (and we were ignored when we asked for it). No extra duvets (could have really used some - duvets are not that expensive, and when you're paying a premium price for the facilities, you expect the owner to just buy some when asked), and some of them were actually torn at the seams. Netflix stopped working on the TV. The Wi-Fi is not capable of taking on 6 people as well as the TV. As mentioned, the price is also quite high for what you get - but I am by no means an expert in London accommodation prices. Only 1 shower.
