Summary: Excellent flat with all facilities and overlooking beach. 4 adults would be the maximum in the flat, but fine for a family with children. Shops and restaurants very near at hand and a market on Monday in season. We particularly liked the small seafood stall/restaurant just off the Mail. The bus service was halved to every 2 hours at the beginning of September which was a disadvantage as we like to travel about and didn't have a car. The whole area is rather reliant on the car with the exception of excellent cycle tracks and walkways along the coast and up the river. There are 2 cycle hire shops in the Mail open all the time which provide good bikes at reasonable hire charges. Very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it.
