Very rare, Beach chalet, 'feet in the water' (with direct access to the beach by a private staircase), Superb 180 degree view of the Sea, located on a very beautiful sandy beach, enjoying a privileged and preserved site. Charming wooden house, overlooking Rochelongue beach, quiet, not overlooked, fenced plot of approximately 400 m2, ideally located near the Cap d'Agde station and a 5-minute walk from the shops. Large terrace, real Balcony on the Sea, with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean, offering unforgettable sunsets over the Sea. Capacity for 4 people maximum.
Inside: Charming seaside decor, lounge area with 1.30 m sofa bed (only suitable for 2 children or 1 adult) equipped kitchen area, dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 bedroom with bed 2 pers (1.40 m). Heating in all rooms.
. Outside: equipped American kitchen, barbecue, comfortable sofa and dining table under covered terrace, then terrace above the beach: dining table, deckchairs, deckchairs and large parasols. Private enclosed space for 2 cars at the back of the house.

The house, all in white lacquered wood, exterior and interior, is full of charm, not overlooked, comfortable, in a very "Seaside" cabin style, with enclosed grounds. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs installed on the terrace overlooking the sea or go down the few steps of the private staircase and find yourself on a very pretty sandy beach to put down your towel and parasol. For swimming, the sea just opposite is very shallow for a few dozen meters and this is very reassuring with children. You can take your meals in complete privacy, out of sight, on one of the two terraces overlooking the sea or go very easily and quickly for lunch or dinner in one of the pleasant beach restaurants, located nearby (800m). A very complete shopping center is located 600m from the Mail in Rochelongue, you can get there on foot quickly and easily (by the beach or the path). A hypermarket and a gallery of shops are located 3 km away. The port and the center of Cap d'Agde are also very close (1.5 km). For your activities, 27-hole international golf course 1 km away, numerous tennis courts, various nautical activities, spa, spa, swimming pool, very large network of cycle paths, horse riding, Aqualand Aquatic Center, Aquarium. Also nearby: nightlife, entertainment, Casino, nightclubs.

- Then, Marseillan village and its small confidential and preserved port with charming shops and pretty cafes and restaurants with very pleasant, well-kept terraces.
-Pézenas, town where Molière lived, has a very beautiful historic center, many antique dealers and second-hand dealers and a multitude of craft stalls, original and of quality open even in the evening until midnight, Wednesday and Friday, in July August .
- Sète, birthplace of Georges Brassens and Paul Valery, its picturesque, colorful and authentic fishing port, its famous jousts of St Louis, its museums.
-The Etang de Thau and its oyster villages. (Mèze, Bouzigues)
-Farther Montpellier, university city, remarkable historic center and essential economic center.

Summary: The little cottage is adorable and furnished with taste. The outside provides many areas to relax, nap, read and eat. Steps take you down to a wide, clean sandy beach and the view of the sea is always a pleasure.

Summary: Spent a week during Easter holidays. The cabin is small, but in warm weather the beautiful terrace makes it much larger. The restaurants are only a short walk away. Truly just a great as advertised.

Summary: We stayed in the beach house in late April 2019. The house is perfect for a couple getaway with access directly onto the beach. The house is clean and well kept. The furnishings are clean and of high quality. Don't expect a huge house, its quite small and in my opinion, really only suitable for 2 people. The facilities are ok, there are 4 gas hobs (two inside, two outside), a small microwave and a BBQ area which we didn't use owing to unfortunate weather (note there is no oven). There is also a washing machine, however the outside electricity was not working during our stay. There is a TV available and the host has provided some games and books (mainly French as you would expect!) and heating throughout. No towels are provided. The location is great - a short drive from Cap D'Agde which has many dining options and is quite lively. The host Christine is wonderful, such a nice lady. She was very helpful and in contact before and during our stay to make sure we arrived ok and were comfortable. Overall a great break for us and would recommend this property.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the beach and couldn't have asked for anything more. Christine the owner was on hand to welcome us and set us up for the perfect stay and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The views were amazing and being able to step on the beach was great for our children. Swimming before breakfast set the day off well and because of the location we were still in the sea at 9pm. As well as the beach location, the house was a 10 min stroll to bars and restaurants although with the ability to cook and eat outside we didn't stray from the house too often. All in all just perfect and we will return.

Summary: We have just spent a most relaxing week in the beach house. The house itself was equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more). The decor was perfect, stylish and very comfortable. The outside of the property is stunning and we made full use of each area, the sun loungers, sofa area and two table areas. Breakfast watching the sun rise and dine in the evening watching the sun set! The outside kitchen and bbq were ideal as we spent most of our time outside. The owner, Christine was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication before and during our holiday was excellent. The only problem is the villa is so comfortable and relaxing you really don't want to leave to explore the area. A perfect escape.

Summary: We spent the most wonderful holidays in this house. The view towards the sea is amazing, the beach is sandy, clean and was never too crowded. The water was clear and the sea calm. We relaxed perfectly just lying on the patio and enjoying the place. The summer kitchen is so nice and the house is decorated with love. Everything you need is available. A small supermarket, restaurants, bakeries etc. can be reached after a short walk. A shopping center is just a 5-10 minute drive away. The renter Christine is very, very nice and takes care of everything. We will definitively come back! Nathalie & Patrick
