Summary: It was really close to the boardwalk which was the goal. When we came in it was okay, but as we checked the room around, there was some empty water bottles under the bed, it was pretty dusty. They definitely did not clean the floor. Ac does almost nothing. the water inside the bathroom would smell at certain times and the bathroom fan did not work.

Summary: Old but decent. Small rooms but quiet. Terrible small pillows but fine for the one night. Walkable to the boardwalk. Free parking but no breakfast. No lock on the bathroom door and no chain/swing lock.

Summary: I liked that the property was walkable, downtown is only about 15 minute or less walking and the Board walk is about a 5 minute walk, stayed one night and the room was clean, had warm water, and a few necessities like a mini fridge and microwave
