Positive: Very quiet, clean & comfortable. Thoughtful touches like insect repellent & sunburn soother gel in fridge. Good air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave. Pretty outside deck space with two chairs and plants. Shaded by pergola. An oasis of calm. Good location on Sol Street. Owner very prompt to respond to queries and requests.
Negative: Nothing really. An excellent choice for one or two people. Be aware the property is up three flights of stairs. Not a problem for reasonably fit people.

Positive: The apartment is absolutely adorable and very relaxing. It is in a prime location in old town San Juan, walking distance to everything. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was even better than I expected it to be.
Negative: There was nothing to not like about this place.
Summary: Beautiful, lovely, and very walkable location. Great getaway for a couple.

Positive: A fantastic location on a quiet street near everything in old San Juan! It is also so beautiful that when we felt like being lazy and just sitting on the balcony, it still felt like we were on a beautiful vacation.
Negative: It would be nice if beach towels were provided, but everything else is delightful. One thing other travelers might like to know and isn't fault of the property: day trips and excursions and packaged tours mostly will not do pick up in old San Juan, so you have to take a cab out to one of the big hotels in the Condado. Not a critique of our beautiful apartment, just information for others to have in advance.

Positive: Property was really nice space-wise, better than shown over here. They should take new professional photos of it, as it'll look better for customers.
Negative: The hosts felt hostile, they had a ton of rules (posted on the fridge), like this was an airbnb, although we rented through booking. com specifically to avoid those type of things. Also they list "strictly" no extended check-out allowed, an in they cannot grant even 30 min extra. We are hosts as well for a property, but we're never this hostile to our guests.

Positive: I can stay anywhere so I have to ensure my wife is happy. That being said, we 1st walked in and saw a small living room with 2 seating couches, one looked like it was able to be converted to a sleeper. My wife panicked and thought that was the sleeping area. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that a large bedroom was just beyond this with a large bed. Beyond that was a balcony that had chairs and tables and plants. Every morning I had my coffee out here and relaxed. The kitchen had everything you needed microwave,coffee maker(different kinds) a cold water jug with filter and ice. Lourdes and Miguel were great hosts and communicated thoroughly. She actually was there to greet us when we arrived. I can’t say enough good things about this location. For the 1st time my wife never mentioned missing home! Thank you for an excellent stay.
Negative: There was nothing i didn’t like . I thought not having a TV would be an issue, didn’t even notice or miss it.
Summary: Relaxing,convenient and secure location went beyond expectations.

Positive: Such fun to see how these unusual old buildings were designed and to be able to appreciate the updates.
Negative: Not so much a dislike but a warning that luggage has to be carried by yourself up 18 steep stairs.
