Positive: Very clean. Great linen. Lovely owner/ manager. Ample milk provided for a cereal breakfast. Free street parking between 6pm & 9 am.
Negative: Very small room. Felt poky and claustrophobic; especially with window closed. Not ideal for heavy suitcase entry as many narrow steps up a couple of flights; where step is narrower than your foot length. Very small shower where you have to hold arms close to body to shower. High price as compared to other better, spacious accommodation we have stayed in. We paid for on booking.com using our credit card, and FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, was asked to give my personal details again and these were recorded on a card!!!! (already provided online) - This makes me UNCOMFORTABLE and SUSPICIOUS about being scammed because the system should be consistent. I was already booked and paid for. Also, we only wanted to book for one night (Saturday) and the site kept showing unavailable but became available if I would take two nights (Saturday & Sunday) !! This appears to be sneakily playing the system and was inconvenient for us, given we needed to be close to the airport for our flight but were forced into taking a 2nd night if we wished to stay there on the 1st night. It was double the price of much better accommodation we had stayed in. Hot water system / toilet cistern noise made it difficult to get to sleep and also woke me up during the night. No wardrobe. Hooks behind door. No desk. Very small. Had to pack suitcases on bed!!
Summary: Not the best accommodation to finish our 3 month away trip with.

Negative: Location of Guest House was not in one of the best streets in town. However, it was close to the central entertainment amenities.
