Positive: One night stay, perfect. Emma was very accommodating. Wide variety of foods for breakfast, wouldnt go hungry. Our room was at the back of the property so very quiet on this occasion. Free car park behind the B&B. Directly on the sea front.

Negative: As our room was located at the back, and directly next to the kitchen. If we wanted a lay in and chose a late breakfast and another guest wanted an early breakfast we would hear every sound that comes from a kitchen, water running, pots and pans clanking, voices etc. The bathroom was very small and could do with updating to match the rest of the B&B, but it was clean.
