Summary: This was our first time visiting the Outer Banks; Anne was very accomating and answered all of our questions in a timely manner! There is about 8 miles of beach between Corolla and the property so it is quite secluded from town(definitely bring a 4x4 vehicle and stop for groceries/necessities on your way in). The property was beautiful, homey ,and extremely clean. We had plenty of shared space to relax and enjoy conversation. The screened in porch is especially nice at night to keep the bugs at bay. There was a group of about 8 horses that visited every day, walking under the house and swimming in the canal. The beach was a short drive down the road and had plenty of open space! Overall a wonderful time was had by all amd we would visit again!!

Summary: We stayed for a long weekend for LDW and had the most amazing time. The house was equipped with everything we needed and was spacious and perfectly laid out. The owner was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond. We will definitely be back!!

Summary: After losing my mother unexpectedly, my family and I were in search of a last minute vacation that would provide some peace and quiet for the adults as well as fun for our kids. We found the perfect home in Carova! The house was beautiful and so were the views. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from not just the beach, but from the deck as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of board games to entertain us at night, and having enough beach chairs for 8 guests as well as a sunshade, boogey boards and cornhole boards made packing for the beach much easier and lighter. One of the best parts of our stay was the wild horses wandering onto the property every day we were there! I will definitely be back for another beach getaway.

Summary: We had an amazing time here! Was able to watch the wild horses from the back deck play in the water. The owners were great about communicating and answering any questions. You will definitely need four wheel drive to get to the house. Our family throughly enjoyed our vacation staying here.
