Positive: The location for visiting the ruins of Side was perfect as you are located in the middle of Old Town and right next to the sea. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and was a set menu. You could order your eggs how you wanted them. The restaurant served delicious and reasonably price food with a variety of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated having our laundry done at a very good price. Two large free bottles of water were provided each day.
Negative: There is no parking here even though it states there is. We had to park on the street outside of Old Town which is a considerable distance away (20 minute walk).
Summary: Enjoyable stay with very friendly service from the staff.

Positive: The overall experience was nice !!! Carpe Diem Hotel is not hotel but more Boutique Bed & Breakfast with great restaurant / lounge for lunch & diner. The restaurant staffs are very friendly and the service was very good. The menu si maybe the best in SIDE !!!
Negative: I was very disapointed when I was inform I have to park the car and paid for the parking when I relieve message form the hotel confirm the parking is Free !!! My car park bill was over 45 Euros for the 3 days !!! Surprise, we have to paid for our Coffee / Expresso / Cappuccino / Juice for the breakfast , it s not included !!! I wish the owner of the hotel have change to travel time to time outside the Turkey to under stand the meaning of Hotel Breakfast !!! (-: The owner of the hotel is very smart, there is no management during the operation, no one to discuss or to complaint !!!

Positive: Everything was amazing and staff was very helpful, especially Ferkan and Adem. Beach is right next door, 20% discount at the restaurant for the guests.
Negative: Noise at night from the club nearby, which starts from around 11pm- midnight and would go on until 3 am... If not for that, everything would have been just perfect 10. However, this shouldn't bother those who go out a lot at night

Positive: The rooms are designed with great taste and offer lovely views of the sea.
Negative: Given the price, we were astonished with the treatment we received at breakfast. We waited a good 40 minutes before we were offered as much as a glass of water – meanwhile the hotel staff took time to have their own breakfasts, chatting casually, as we watched them. And we arrived on time indicated, of course! Finally, when the staff finished their breakfasts, they offered something to eat to us – but coffee or orange juice at an extra fee! Quite shocking in a country where coffee and oranges are everywhere! Another issue is the terrific noise from the discos very near to the hotel. The hotel management did notify us about the noise – but after the booking was paid and unrefundable. They provided the earplugs which helped somewhat.
