Summary: We had a fantastic weekend. This condo is in the perfect location. Just one block from the beach and a 10 min walk into town. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure is awesome. The owners have everything you need for a fun day at the beach, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. I would totally stay here again.

Summary: Carpenteria is my go- to vacation location. This was my 3rd trip, 2nd in this lovely condo and I hope to return next year and years to come. The location it perfect, the neighborhood/neighbors are wonderful. I highly recommend this rental

Summary: Originally we had this trip planned for April 2022, unfortunately, our flights were canceled in Seattle, and we were unable to make it at that time. Sarah, the owner, generously allowed us to postpone our trip until March 2023 instead without any extra fees! Communication with her was quick and easy! The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay! It was a very quick walk to the beach and state park area. In fact, we walked all over town because the location was so great! Highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment!
