Positive: Its in Grangemouth Great for working in Grangemouth! Grangemouth an interesting eccentric place. Great night lights (thanks to Ineos). Make you very welcome throwing party poppers at you along central avenue (wouldn't let your kids wander about alone) & singing Eagles songs to you outside Candied! (true story). Candied ice cream shop - kids love it. Mariner centre Falkirk has the wave machine - great for kids Grangemouth sports complex with flumes - great for kids (please don't go slow in the slow lane in pool as you might get pool raged by emotional Scots;) Kelpies worth a look, Falkirk. (Not Grangemouth) Lots of folks will debate that location :D Get a train to Edinburgh from Falkirk (don't drive, nightmare) Zetland park - was great, especially now they've given us the pond back !!
Negative: I really wish the previous holiday guests hadn't miss-appropriated the balcony keys. I arrived Sunday 11 august, took until Tuesday to get another key. Missing 2 evenings/mornings/ to enjoy the heat wave at the time of my holiday. Rained after keys finally arrived. Really ruined the beginning of our holiday... First visit in 2022 accessories included, subsequent 3 visits only getting leftovers from previous guests of shampoo etc. not sure who wants to share these with a previous guest (particularly as I paid in excess of £900 for my stay). If only smokers could not discard cigarette butts on balcony. If management could help with a metal bucket/incinerator bucket on balcony might encourage bad practice to stop? Pharmacy. Used to be on central avenue, around the corner. They've recently moved to below the flat (wasn't there in June 24). All staff (a lot!) take parking and leave their pharmacy vans 24 Hours. If you leave during day, you struggle to park. It's becoming more noisy as a pharmacy has HIGH pedestrian traffic, noise etc. if you want peace and quiet not the place to be. I feel sorry for residents having this 'new' double shop floor pharmacy underneath them. Progress I suppose. Nothing management can do but bear in mind re a peaceful setting. One resident gets a bit aggravated re the door, it's actually her neighbour leaving door un latched but you might get the blame and a note through the door like I did. Plus the previous neighbour/cannabis have moved on. (Mentioned in previous reviews, not something I work myself up about)Next door currently empty. I await the new neighbour in anticipation. As I'm from the town, I can cope....
Summary: It's Grangemouth!

Positive: Good location for our purpose & convenient for groceries & takeaways. Kitchen was fine & all appliances worked & bathroom also fine. Beds were comfy & good tv & excellent handbook.
Negative: The communal stairway was poor & security not great. Unfortunately on Sat eve a drunk was able to enter the building which was very unnerving & resulted in us having to call the police. The Intercom didn’t work & no door number so unsure of which property to enter. Lounge far too small. Need to swap lounge & large bedroom as could easily fit sofas & sofa bed in large bedroom plus a dining table suitable for 6 people. As it stands the lounge doesn’t accommodate 6 guests as not enough seating or dining space. Balcony was full of cigarette butts & under our bed was absolutely filthy with dust & rubbish. This didn’t affect our stay but perhaps the cleanliness could be improved in places.
Summary: The property served its purpose but requires the above issues addressing.

Positive: Central to where we were going very comfy beds.would recommend it.
Negative: Thought the large bedroom should of stayed as livingroom as livingroom was small if there was 6 people there, basic stuff in kitchen, front door off street handle needs fixed was temperamental.also the phone number for a hotel was wrong but we got it and booked think it was the cook and something meal was fab.there was a few things to do in flat not properly finished whole in flooring in livingroom just small things but you are paying well for a short period of time.

Positive: Multiple rooms. Good location for our purpose, multiple shops just around the corner. Smart TV Staff were very helpful in assisting with the central heating and hot water promptly.
Negative: A few things in the property were broken on arrival, such as the bathroom door which did not lock and would jam because of wood coming off of it. Entrance door to the close was tricky to lock, but was due to wear and tear and got the hang of it eventually. Entire property could have done with professional clean prior to arrival, especially due to cost of two nights being quite expensive for what it is. Odd smell in kitchen, possibly from oven. Did not use. Damp/dirty tea towels were left in the washing machine on our arrival leaving a damp smell. Did not use.
Summary: Handy for a family staying in close proximity to relatives.

Positive: The property was very spacious, the beds very extremely comfortable. The kitchen was a great size with everything you could need. Lovely clean property.
Negative: I went into the 1st to look in the wardrobe for the hairdryer and the sliding door broke in my hand so that needs looking at. Was told there was toiletries but there wasn’t. Next door neighbours were smoking cannabis which stunk the block of flats out and I really didn’t like that but nothing that would stop me staying again.
Summary: I’m originally from Grangemouth so the location was perfect for me. Even though I took ill I still felt right at home th
